The hotel provided a well-stocked breakfast area with hot continental options, making mornings enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning units in our room did not work, leading to a restless night due to discomfort from the heat.

Excellent incredible location, near jasper national park. Good hot breakfast for the start of the day with hash browns, eggs, waffle maker. Friendliness of the staff...
Breakfast somewhat limited.

Convenient location for exploring hiking trails.
The breakfast room was overcrowded, and when we did manage to eat, the selection was limited. The two TVs in our room were malfunctioning. Despite the staff attempting to fix them, they remained unusable, frustrating. To top it off, the kids were really let down when they found the pool closed .

The room was clean and well-equipped, although the
Breakfast options did not meet my expectations. While the staff were friendly and the room had great amenities, the breakfast could use improvement in quality. Nonetheless, I appreciated the hot continental options and the cleanliness throughout my stay.

Queen room I stayed at was cosy with separate bedroom. A microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were available.
Some people working there were not particularly helpful.

I almost thought this hotel would be tolerable, but alas, the shower was freezing, and the front desk staff seems to think saying 'sorry' is sufficient. Will not return to this 'luxury'.

Large and well equipped room. Very clean.
Very unloving breakfast in a too small room related to the size of the hotel. In relation to the room prices breakfast is not adequate.

We loved exploring the nearby hiking trails together, and our room was clean and fresh. The kids enjoyed the good TV selection, and it was nice having our parents join us in a spacious environment. It.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on site.
